Tree Surveys and Constraints Plans

If the initial site appraisal is favourable, the importance of a tree survey, undertaken to BS5837: Trees in Relation to Construction, should not be underestimated in order to establish the potential development envelope for the site.  We will ask you to provide us with plans with tree trunk locations accurately plotted prior to our visiting the site.

Trees with a long term retention value are the ones you need to be considering in any future design ideas.  Trees with a short term lifespan can often be replaced with new planting proposals detailed within a planning application.

We will work with you and the Local Authority to try and find an amicable solution that overcomes any tree issues on development sites.
