Arboricultural Impact Assessment

Local Authorities will always ask you for an Arboricultural Impact Assessment report to be submitted at the same time as a planning application if there are any trees close to an extension or propsed development.

An impact report will detail the impact that the proposal will have on the trees on site.  The report will also aim to highlight any foreseen problems from a Planning Authority point of view and will suggest amendments that may be deemed necessary prior to a Planning Application being submitted.
