Arboricultural Impact Assessment

Local Authorities will always ask you for an Arboricultural Impact Assessment report to be submitted at the same time as a planning application if there are any trees close to an extension or proposed development.

An Impact Report will detail the effect that the proposals will have on the trees on the site.  The report will also aim to highlight any foreseeable problems from a planning point of view and will suggest amendments that may be deemed necessary.  Our aim is to work with your Architect to overcome potential difficulties with regards to trees on the site before any Planning Application is submitted.
